Stand Three

what do the three crosses(two white & one larger yellow) stand for I have seen them many times while traveling

I see these three crosses as i travel down interstate 79 & 77 and other highways. I think they are there to protest some thing but i don’t know what. they are made of wood like telephone poles. there is one big yellow cross with two smaller white crosses on each side of the yellow cross. I would like to know what these crosses stand for.

the gold one in the middle symoblizes jesus and the other ones on the side symoblize the other theives that were crucificed at the same time. People put them out to share their faith.
