Eastern Element 2009 or GT Calafia 2009?

I recently sold a Haro F3 bmx wanting to upgrade. Im tossing up between buying an eastern element or a gt calafia.. I wanted to know what bike is a better quality and what does a top tube of 20.75 mean? and can i use an eastern element for freestyle jumping or is it a dirt jumping bike only?
