EXERCISE DURING PREGNANCY by rick carsten
Exercise care during pregnancy is very important for you and your baby also. It is not just like your daily routine work out; during pregnancy you should be very careful as you continue your exercise. If you were physically fit before pregnancy so you can continue with your work out but not your former levels instead try to do this is more comfortable to you. And if you were not physically fit or have never exercised before, you should first consult your health care or Doctor, and start with the walking which is safe to initiate when pregnant. Women should be stress free and physically fit which reduce her pain and easier her labor or childbirth.
The first third trimester and the last trimester are very crucial for mother and her baby too:
The first three trimester a mother should be take complete rest and no stress whether physically or mentally, because the starting months are delicate in the development of your baby so look after yourself carefully in this stage. In this stage you feel so tired but you should do some exercise at least 15-20minutes 2 or 3 times in a week, it increase your energy level and youâll feel better. But one thing should be keep in your mind that donât put stress on your stomach or lower abdomen because this may cause miscarriage which is spontaneous abortion before itâs developed enough to survive.
In Fourth, fifth and sixth trimester for pregnancy you can feel that your belly looks larger because your babyHas grown and you should be attentive that your blood pressure and weight should be balanced.Sex during pregnancy gives positive effects on women mind only if she feels comfortable with that And no pressure is put on her abdomen.
There are some exercises which you can do during this Stage like Cycling, Swimming, Aerobics and of course the best one Walking. Riding a bike is great work out but is careful about your balance, recumbent bike is more Comfortable in your pregnancy progress. Swimming is full body work out exercise. And walking is the best is the best choice for everyone From beginning till end i.e. for completed their nine months.
The last three trimester are also very important, in the seventh month you gain 3 to 4 pounds weight, So you can Tire more easily while exercising so do less work out as compare to earlier, arrange for Flexible Schedule and take rest when you can. In eight and ninth month you gain some weight and Feel Anxiety, backache etc, in last month you should concentrate on your diet which is most Important. As the baby changes their position itself for birth your stomach may change its shape. Take more Rest as you can and lesser your exercise.
