Can you put a weedeater engine inside an electric razor Mini Motos?

I just got a Mini Electric razor Motorcycle while I was buying a BMX bike, the man gave me the bike for free but no motor or battery or anything. There are cables to connect an engine and other parts. There is also a platform for the engine to lean on. I do not have much experience with this sort of thing so any help would be nice. Thanks! PS kickstart or electric? Which would be better?
